		<description>&lt;p&gt;If the other method works for you then clearly stick with it, but I have to say I have been making shortbread by the &quot;breadcrumb&quot; method always, as it&#039;s how my mum taught me as a wean.  Once it looks like breadcrumbs you just kind of squoosh it all together into a ball and it works every time for me (and the rest of my family, obviously!)&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Have read your other post and hope you enjoyed the second, more successful, batch.  I&#039;ve just made them to bring into work for my birthday and they have disappeared like... well.. home-made cookies!&lt;/p&gt;
