Bread photo

This is the bread I was talking about yesterday. After last night and lunch today we have less than half a loaf left. But I have more bread in the works.

    Thank you! I particularly liked the crunchy crusts on these ones. Something “to get your teeth into”, as it says on the front of Richard Bertinet’s second book. Helen wasn’t so appreciate of the chewy crusts though. Oh well, it will have to remain a special treat!

    I’ve just convinced Helen to put the photos for the next lot online, so I should get a post up about them in a few minutes.
